Gisella Anastasia or Gisel was born in Surabaya on November 16, 1990. Gisel was born to a father named Alal Suryanto and mother named Rita Marbun. Since childhood, Gisel has shown his singing talent. At the age of 6, Gisel started a career singing at birthday events.
That career continued in Gisel’s teenage years. At that time he also had time to tour as a singer, including at a Chinese Food restaurant in Surabaya.
Even so, Gisel actually had dreams of becoming a dentist. However, this goal was not achieved. Gisel actually took the Social Department at Bunda Mulia University after graduating from Petra 1 Christian High School in Surabaya.
In his love life, Gisel had a relationship with the presenter, Desta. Their relationship ended. Gisel then had a relationship with actor, Gading Marten. Both married in Bali in 2013. Their relationship ended in 2019. From that marriage, Gisel and Gading have a daughter.
Gisella Anastasia’s name became widely known when she passed the selection for Indonesian Idol class 2008. Gisel’s fate in the competition ended as runner up, under Aris Runtuwene who became the champion.
Gisel’s career leap as a singer also occurred when he sang the song Entire Breath This with pop band, Last Child. After that, Gisel participated in the comedy show, Opera Van Java, which aired on Trans7. In the opera, Gisel became a sinden.
