After waiting a long time for BLINKs, finally, YG Entertainment announced plans for the solo debut of the famous Korean idol, Rose BLACKPINK.
Reporting from Soompi, all of Rose’s solo preparations completed. The agency is also ready to make Rose’s solo debut in September.
“Rose’s solo has completed, and a release date is planned for September following the release of BLACKPINK’s first full-length album,” read a YG Entertainment statement.
Besides Rose, YG also said that the solo projects of two BLACKPINK members, Lisa and Jisoo, had also been prepared. However, the plan for BLACKPINK member’s debut will be in stages.
“Additionally, Lisa’s amazing solo single is ready for release, and we are currently preparing for the release of Jisoo’s solo single. The members’ solo releases will continue sequentially,” he wrote.
In addition to plans for a solo debut, YG has also confirmed that in May, the BLACKPINK will comeback from June until peak September, together with the release of their full album.
Previously, Jennie BLACKPINK had already made her solo debut. Jennie released the song SOLO in October 2018.
