Regent of Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) represented by Regional Secretary (Sekdakab), Afrizal officially opened the District II Conference of the Indonesian Civil Service Corps (Korpri) Indragiri Hilir Regency (Inhil), which held at the Top 5 Hotel Tembilahan, Wednesday (30/12/2020).
Muskab II Korpri Inhil, which was hold for one day, attended by 104 people. They consisting of representatives from the District Korpri Advisory Council, advisors, heads of the Korpri board of regional apparatus units (OPD Heads and Secretaries), and representatives of the Head of the Korpri Sub-district unit (Camat and Secretary).
In his remarks, Afrizal said that Korpri is the implementing element of all political decisions at both the central and regional levels, as well as being the managing actor in all lines of government and at the same time controlling the bureaucracy.
“Therefore, as a bureaucratic actor, Korpri must be able to provide good quality performance, be ethical, honest, have integrity, respect laws and norms, respect the rights of others, work hard, love work, and be disciplined,” he said.
Korpri is a very appropriate moment as a forum for communication, discussion, and consultation in developing coherence and coordination of the implementation of work programs to identifying and resolving actual problems that develop for organizational progress.
“I hope that the Muskab participants, who are members of Korpri, have a productive mindset. Because Korpri is not a mass organization or an ordinary profession, it cannot separate from the service. So that all Korpri members always maintain the organization authority through their attitude, behavior, and actions that are commendable and under the norms of law and manners prevailing in society, “said Afrizal.
