The police ordered Michael Yukinobu de Fretes (MYD) to undergo a mandatory report every Wednesday after being investigated as a suspect in a video of nasty with Gisella Anastasia (Gisel). This mandatory report will take effect next week.
“Reporting must be started next week,” Kombes Yusri Yunus, Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, told reporters, Wednesday, January 6.
MYD is obliged to report only until the investigator has finished examining Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel as a suspect. Gisel was examined on Friday, January 8.
In addition, in the mandatory process of reporting, MYD no longer undergoes examination. Every week he was only asked to fill out the attendance list and had a little chat with the investigators.
“The report is obliged to only be signed by absences and then to go again. There is no additional examination,” he said.
Previously, Michael Yukinobu De Fretes aka MYD was obliged to report. Later, after examining Gisel, the investigator will conduct a case title to determine the next step. For the time being, the handling of this case has been postponed until the scheduled examination of Gisel on Friday, January 8.
“Later, from the results, we will hold a case for the future,” said Yusri.
Michael Yukinobu De Fretes (MYD) and Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel were named as suspects in a pornographic video case, on December 29. Determination of the suspect after the two admitted that the cast in the video was them.
Investigators use Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 of Law Number 44 Year 2008 concerning Pornography.
