Starting the year 2021, the Indragiri Hilir Police (Inhil) held a promotion ceremony for 78 personnel, Friday (1/1/2021).
As ceremony inspector, Kapolres Inhil AKBP Dian Setyawan, with AKP ceremony officer Rizki Hidayat and IPDA Ceremony Commander Aripin Siregar.
As for those who get promoted are from AKP to Kompol 1 person, IPTU to AKP 4 people, IPDA to IPTU 9 people, AIPDA to AIPTU 6 people, Bripka to AIPDA 11 people, Brigadier to Bripka 22 people, Briptu to Brigadier 4 people, and Bripda to Briptu 21 people.
Kapolres of Inhil, AKBP Dian Setyawan, said the promotion is not a gift but through a process of research and ability. In accordance with the main duties of the function based on performance appraisal, loyalty, and dedication.
“In essence, promotion is a form of appreciation and trust from the leadership, which given to Polri personnel in carrying out their duties of service to the community, nation, and state,” he explained.
In his mandate, Kapolres Inhil AKBP Dian inserted a message in carrying out duties both in the office and in the field. All members are required to implement health protocols aimed at preventing the transmission of the covid-19 virus.
It is hoped all members will be more concerned with implementing health protocols for themselves and the community. This is solely aimed at preventing and breaking the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 because the National Police adheres to the principle of ‘Salus Populi Suprema Lex Esto’ or people’s safety is the highest law,” said Chief of Police AKBP Dian.
“We all know that every day there is always an increase in the number who exposed to Covid-19. Hoping all members will be more concerned with implementing health protocols for themselves and the community. It is aimed at preventing and breaking the chain of the spread of Covid-19. Ending his mandate, Kapolres Inhil AKBP Dian congratulated all Polri personnel who had received promotions.
