Artist Gisella Anastasia (Gisel) apologizes for the nasty video scandal and is ready to undergo legal proceedings at the police. Gisel emphasized that the spread of nasty videos did not have her permission.
“Knowing what happened, and being displayed without my permission is part of my past and not my new life,” said Gisel during a press conference at the hotel in the Gatot Subroto area, South Jakarta, Wednesday, January 6.
Gisel apologized for the nasty video. Gisel and Michael Yukinobu de Fretes (MYD) were named by the police as suspects in a nasty video case with alleged pornography articles.
“Allow tonight with all my humility to express my deepest apologies to all Indonesian people, all related parties, especially to my extended family, friends, people who love me, my partners. And all those who have put their trust in me, for what I have done, which is not an unacceptable example that you can expect from my person, Gisella Anastasia, “said Gisel.
In the case of the perverted video, the police investigated Michael Yukinobu de Fretes (MYD) on Monday, January 4. MYD admitted that he regretted having done and made a nasty video with Gisella Anastasia aka Gisel in 2017.
“I am truly sorry for everything that I have done,” said Michael Nobu or MYD after undergoing an examination at Polda Metro Jaya, Monday, January 4.
According to him, the disclosure of the video nasty, that led to legal problems, namely that his being made a suspect by the Polda Metro Jaya was a punishment from God.
“Maybe this is a punishment from God to me,” said MYD.
MYD also asked for support to all who can get through this problem properly. “And I beg all my friends, pray for support and I really apologize for everything,” he said.
MYD left after undergoing an almost 11 hour check at Polda Metro Jaya. Wearing a white shirt, MYD apologized to all Indonesian people.
Meanwhile, Gisel did not respond to the summons of Polda Metro Jaya on Monday, January 4. The police scheduled an examination for Gisel for Friday, January 8.
Artist Gisella Anastasia (Gisel) is a suspect in a video nasty case. Together with Michael Yukinobu De Fretes, the male actor in the perverted video, Gisel was charged with the Pornography Law.
Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said that Gisel and Michael were accused by Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law number 44 of 2008 concerning pornography.
