Finally, artist Gisella Anastasia or Gisel has fulfilled the summons related to the nasty video case with Michael Yukinobu de Fretes (MYD).
Gisel arrived at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police Special Criminal Directorate building accompanied by her lawyer. She arrived earlier than the examination time that was scheduled by the investigators.
But no statement came out of her mouth before undergoing the examination.
Gisel immediately entered the building of the Jakarta Metro Jaya Police Special Criminal Directorate.
Previously, the Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said Gisel was scheduled for Friday, January 8. Because, on the previous examination schedule she did not attend due to collisions with her activities.
“In accordance with the letter submitted by GA’s attorney, it is scheduled for Friday January 8, 2021,” said Yusri.
Meanwhile, Gisel and Michael Yukinobu De Fretes (MYD) were named as suspects in the pornography video case, on December 29. Determination of the suspect after the two admitted that the cast in the video was them.
In this case, investigators used Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 of Law Number 44 Year 2008 concerning Pornography to suspect the two suspects.
The making of a nasty video between MYD and Gisel was done in 2017. At that time, Gisel was still the legal wife of Gading Marten. Gisel and Gading married on September 14, 2013 in Bali. The two divorced in 2019.
