Polda Metro Jaya investigators will conduct a case for the nasty video case of Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel with Michael Yukinobu de Fretes (MYD). This activity was carried out after investigators examined Gisel.
“The follow-up plan in the future we will also conduct the crime scene (TKP),” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Friday, January 8.
In the TKP processing, later investigators will go to Medan, North Sumatra.
The crime scene exercise was carried out at the hotel where the nasty video was made.
Crime scene processing is carried out to complete the investigation file. So, when the investigation file has been completed, it will be transferred to the Prosecutor’s Office.
“When it is complete, we will send stage one to the prosecutor. Hopefully, there will be no obstacles until the completion later,” he said.
Previously, the police decided not to detain Gisella Anastasia or Gisel after being questioned as a suspect. There are at least two reasons behind this
First, because investigators considered Gisel to be cooperative during the investigation process. Moreover, it is considered that Gisel will not escape and lose evidence.
The second reason is that Gisel still has a child who is 4 years old. So, the investigators considered that Gisel was obliged to give love to his child and not be detained.
However, Gisel must undergo the same compulsory reporting as Michael Yukinobu de Fretes (MYD). They have to undergo compulsory reporting twice a week, Monday and Thursday.
