Chairman of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) Indragiri Hilir (Inhil), Ferriyandi visited the Riau Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Office, Monday, January 18, 2021.
His visit with the Head of Public Works (PU) Inhil, Umar, was to discuss about improving the quality of provincial roads in Inhil.
“The discussion is related to the handling of provincial roads in Inhil, including those that are already functional, such as Sungai Luar-Sungai Empat Road, Sungai Beringin Street, Selesen-Kota Baru Street, Tembilahan, Kuala Saka, Mumpa, Teluk Kiambang, Tembilahan Enok, Enok Jambi boundary. and Rengat-Rumbai Jaya, “explained Ferryandi.
Ferryandi explained that the coordination was carried out so that the roads mentioned above were immediately repaired and improved in quality.
“Hopefully the provincial budget can flow to Inhil district, in an effort to improve the quality of this very concerning road,” he explained.
Nevertheless, this politician from the Golkar Inhil party hopes that with this kind of sitting discussion, he can exchange information and share experiences so that there is a discourse on increasing development in the regions, especially Inhil.
“If we don’t share, of course the officials above don’t know, so we try to open it slowly. Hopefully what we have to say is immediately thought about and followed up so that people in Indragiri Hilir Regency can experience good roads like in other places,” he added.
