The construction of the new Tembilahan Immigration office has been completed since 2020, in conjunction with the 71st Immigration Day, the office which is located on Jalan Praja Sakti was inaugurated, on Tuesday, January 26, 2021.
The inauguration was carried out by the Minister of Law and Human Rights, Yasonna H Laoly and witnessed by the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD virtually.
Also attending the event were Regent Inhil HM Wardan, Deputy Regent, Samsudin Uti, Head of the State Prosecutor’s Office, Rini Triningsih, Kapolres Inhil AKBP Dian Setiawan, Dandim 0314 / Inhil Lt. Col. Inf. Imir Faisal, represented by Pasi Ter Captain Inf A Siregar.
In his remarks, Head of Class II TPI Tembilahan Immigration, Najarudin said, the Tembilahan immigration office building was built since September 2019.
“Alhamdulillah, the renovation work has been completed, and it has been occupied since October 2020,” he said.
He hopes that this new building can foster new enthusiasm, especially for immigration employees who are in Tembilahan and can provide services to the community with the new facilities available and with this it is hoped that the community will get comfort and convenience in access to immigration.
