From more than five hundred Regencies / Cities in Indonesia, Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) Regency is one that will receive an award for the Merit System in State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Management.
For the success in its implementation, Inhil Regent HM Wardan is scheduled to receive the award in Jakarta, together with 20 regencies / cities throughout Indonesia on Thursday, January 28, 2021.
“This award is given in a good category, from the State Civil Apparatus Commission (KASN),” said Head of Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment (BKPSDM) Inhil H Fauzar on Tuesday, January 26, 2021.
The 2020 KASN Award is known to be the result of the hard work of all levels of the Inhil Regency Government (Pemkab) through the management in the staffing sector at the local BKSDM.
Thus, the Regent of Inhil HM Wardan, expressed his gratitude for the efforts and hard work of his jajarnya in carrying out their duties and functions as which have been mandated.
“What we get today should be a motivation in order to improve performance,” said the number one person in Inhil.
The application of the merit system in the management of ASN is the main mandate in Law (UU) No. 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus. Article 111 states that filling a High Management Position (JPT) must be done through an open selection.
This is exempted for agencies that have implemented a Merit System in their ASN Management with the approval of the ASN Commission.
