Tragic, a woman was found dead in her home in Denpasar yesterday evening. From the investigation, police said that she may have been killed after she was hit in the head with a small gas tank.
The victim, identified as 49-year-old SW, was found dead with multiple head wounds.
The Denpasar City Police said before SW’s body was discovered, a witness reportedly heard a racket coming from the victim’s home and saw two men and a woman getting on a red motorbike before speeding away from the scene.
Then the witness looked for the landlord to tell him that there was a racket happening in his rented house.
Denpasar City Police spokesman, I Ketut Sukadi, said, officers found a 3-kilogram gas canister stained with blood at the scene and money strewn around on the floor.
Police are now in pursuit of possible suspects.
