Filling the weekend after being busy every day with work routines in the government, the Regent of Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) HM Wardan chose to enjoy the beautiful scenery in Selensen, Kemuning District, Sunday, February 7, 2021.
In that place, the Regent was presented with a view of the green trees that covered the Condong Hill area.
On that occasion, the Regent said that he would develop this place into one of the tourist destinations in this Thousand Trenches Country.
“Then we will develop this location as an Agro tourism, to be packaged as a tourist destination, to enjoy the beauty of nature against the background of the Condong Hill,” said the Regent.
The former head of the Education Office of Indragiri Hilir also said that this location was a gateway because it borders Jambi Province.
Wardan also explained that Condong Hill, at the foot of the hill, will later be offered to Riau Province as a provincial campsite.
“We’ll write a letter. If the Governor of Riau agrees, we’ll provide 100 hectares of land every time,” he added.
