The stabbing action in an internet cafe (cafe) went viral on social media. The stabbing occurred at Jalan Binjai Km 10, Sunggal, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.
From the information gathered, the victim is known as Texsas Silalahi. The perpetrator named Cup. The video shows Cup stabbed on Texsas many times.
A number of people on site couldn’t do much. There was a visitor to the internet cafe trying to break up their fight before the stabbing took place.
After stabbing Texsas, Cup returned to his seat. He left the cafe casually smoking a cigarette.
Regarding this incident, the Head of Criminal Investigation of Sunggal Police, AKP Budiman Simanjuntak said that the victim had made a report on Thursday, February 11.
“We are currently investigating, gathering evidence and witnesses. We will examine witnesses in the near future. The incident was Wednesday,” said Budiman, Friday, February 12.
The police have pocketed the identity of the perpetrator. However, he could not confirm the whereabouts of the perpetrator after the viral stabbing.
Budiman said that the incident began when the Texsas victim was ordered to buy coffee by Cup. He said the victim and the perpetrator were friends.
“The victim was told to buy coffee, the perpetrator was the same age as him. Maybe he was told to buy coffee for 20 thousand, he bought the price for 5 thousand, that’s the problem,” he said.
