To ensure the safety and comfort of the people who will worship in the framework of the Chinese New Year 2572/2021, the Indragiri Hilir (Inhi;) Police conduct security, at the Budhi Bakti Temple on Jalan Ahmad Yani, Parit 10 on Friday, February 12, 2021.
The Police Chief of Inhil, AKBP Dian Setyawan, through the Head of Public Relations, AKP Warno Akman, said this security was carried out to create security for citizens of Chinese descent who wanted to worship and celebrate the Chinese New Year in 2021.
“On this occasion, we also urge the public to comply with health protocols by wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, and reducing mobility, to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak,” he ordered.
Led by the Head of Inhil Police Ops, Kompol Maisun, before the activities started, sterilization was carried out in the room and around the place where the Chinese New Year was held.
“Praise Lord, as long as the activity runs smoothly, it is safe and conducive. We want residents who keep the Chinese New Year to feel safe and comfortable without any disruption of social security, “he concluded.
