The Regent of Indragiri Hilir, Mr. HM Wardan, accompanied by the Deputy Regent, Syamsuddin Uti (SU), directly submitted a Government Employee Decree with a Work Agreement (SK P3K) within the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government on Monday, March 1, 2021.
The submission of the Government Employee Decree with a Work Agreement is based on Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning Civil Servant and Government Regulation No. 49 of 2018 concerning the management of Government Employees with Work Agreements and at stage 1 in the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government.
At least, 144 people have received the decree, with details of 134 teachers, 1 health worker, and 9 agricultural extension workers.
On this occasion, a placard from the Work Agreement was also given as gratitude for their appointment as First Aid in the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government which was received directly by the Regent of Indragiri Hilir.
The Regent in his direction after handing over the SK said that this moment was the first step in developing a career as a civil servant, especially in starting a new assignment as a first-aid worker.
“With this decree, brothers and sisters have become part of the Civil Servant within the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government. It is hoped that this Government Employee Decree with a Work Agreement can increase self-confidence in working in accordance with the Employee Decree for placement and discipline. So by accepting this Employee Decree, hopefully, it will be a motivation,” said the Regent.
