Headquartered on M Boya street in Tembilahan, the Indragiri Hilir Resort Police, through Sat Lantas personnel, distributed boxed rice to the community, both motorcycle taxi drivers and pedicab drivers.
“It is hoped that Barokah Friday activities can ease the burden on the people affected by Covid-19,” said the Chief of Police for the Indragiri Hilir Resort, AKBP Dian Setyawan through the Head of Public Relations, AKP Warno.
In addition to social activities, Sat Lantas personnel also urged the public to continue to comply with the Health Protocol.
“During this pandemic, it is hoped that the public will continue to apply the 4M health protocol (wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, and avoiding crowds) to prevent the spread of Covid-19,” he explained.
In addition, motorcycle taxi and rickshaw drivers were also urged by the Head of the Traffic Center AKP Lassarus Sinaga to comply with traffic regulations.
