The Deputy Regent (Wabup) of Indragiri Hilir (Inhil), Syamsuddin Uti (SU) conducted an inspection into every room in the Indragiri Hilir Regent office building.
The visit, which was carried out suddenly, said the Deputy Head of District, was in order to see and provide motivation to all levels who every day help smooth the work of the Leaders.
“Because a leader does not work alone and vice versa. For that, let us work together between leaders and subordinates. I am also ready to listen to suggestions and opinions from subordinates,” explained the Deputy Regent.
He also advised all staff and employees to be fully responsible and disciplined in carrying out their duties.
“Work with high discipline to produce satisfying work,” he said.
