The perpetrator of the murder of a housewife (IRT) in Dusun Dua RT 006 RW 004, Bayas Jaya Village, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency was finally caught.
The disclosure of the perpetrator of the murder of the housewife after the police from the Kempas Police conducted an investigation process and interviewed the reporter and witnesses.
The perpetrator with the initials PS alias Rudi (30) is also a resident around Bayas Village and a surprising fact was found that the perpetrator often sold loose palm oil to the victim.
“From the results of the case title, a man with the initials PS is suspected of being the perpetrator of murder and persecution,” said Indragiri Hilir Police Chief, AKBP Dian Setyawan through the Kapolsek, Kempas AKP Handoko when confirmed.
Members of the Kempas Police Criminal Investigation Unit, led by the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit Ipda Andrianto, immediately went to the places where the suspected perpetrators used to stay.
At around 22.00 WIB, information was obtained from the community, the suspect that the perpetrator had fled towards the community garden.
“The members of Criminal Investigation and the residents immediately combed the garden. Around 23:00 WIB there was a chase on Jalan Lintas Rengat Tembilahan and the suspected perpetrator returned to the forest land next to PT ISK,” he explained.
IPDA Reskrim Head Andrianto continues to negotiate with the perpetrators who are still in the forest to surrender.
“And finally we can secure the suspected perpetrator and bring it to the Kempas Police for an investigation,” he said.
During the investigation, the perpetrator confessed his actions and explained the reasons for killing the victim.
“The perpetrator feels hurt towards the victim because every time he sells the palm fronds, he is always scolded with the word” don’t sell the rotten – rotten thing “so that this PS has an intention and plan to kill the victim,” he explained.
Kapolsek also explained that when the perpetrator passed on the street with the victim, the victim stopped and asked again the palm fronds that the perpetrator had sold were always rotten so that the perpetrator immediately pushed the victim’s motorcycle into the ditch.
