Regional Secretary of Siak Regency, Drs. H. Arfan Usman, M. Pd participated in the Coordination Meeting for the Supervision of Corruption Prevention Related to the Certification of Infrastructure, Facilities and Utilities (PSU) Assets in Riau.
The coordination meeting was sponsored by BPK RI in a virtual way which was followed by Regencies / Cities in Riau Province.
Arfan conveyed that the data on land asset certification of Siak Regency in 2021 had been recorded by the BPK, including 2,362 land assets, of which 220 had been certified.
“In 2021, the local government is targeting as many as 714 parcels to be certified,” said Arfan in the Siak Live Room at the Siak Regent’s office.
He conveyed, as many as 45 parcels were still in process. With details, 13 parcels have been completed but are still at the BPN Siak office.
The 20 parcels still complete the original title mats or the certificate of the Kampung Penghulu, to be continued with the registration of land inspection at the BPN Siak office.
And 12 parcels are still completing the village leader certificate, for measurements to the BPN Siak office.
Arfan explained that the budget for land certification in 2021 in the Siak Regency APBD is Rp. 464,757,000, this is for 140 parcels. And the budget for land certification in 2021 in the Revised APBD is Rp. 1,516,160,000, planned for 574 parcels of land.
Then verification and survey by an internal survey team of the Siak Regency Government as many as 87 parcels have been completed.
“Perda PSU is still in process in the Legal section and currently we are forming a verification team,” he said.
Arfan said that in Siak Regency, there are only 51 developers. And there are 3 submissions of the PSU to the Siak Regency Government which are still in process.
Meanwhile, he said, the target is 2022 and 2023 is 714 parcels.
The BPK is targeting for this certification to be completed as a whole in 2024.
The Coordination Meeting was attended by the Head of Regional Office of BPN, Regional Secretaries of Riau Province, Inspectors of Regency / City of Riau Province, and Heads of Land Offices throughout Riau. (Adv)
