Deputy Regent of Indragiri Hilir, Syamsuddin Uti (SU) carried out a ramadan safari with the people of Kuindra District which was held at the large mosque of At-Taqwa, Sapat Village on Sunday, April 25, 2021.
Before carrying out the gathering and Zuhr prayer in congregation at the large mosque of At-Taqwa, Sapat Village, Syamsuddin Uti first conducted an inspection of the markets and ports or docks in Sapat Village.
In his remarks just before the midday prayer in congregation, Syamsuddin Uti explained that the Ramadan safari activity carried out by the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government is one of the means to keep the Regional Head in touch with the community.
“This activity is in addition to keeping in touch between the district government and the community as well, to see directly the development that is being carried out here. Because, the district government is served to serve,” said Syamsuddin Uti.
At the end of his speech, Syamsuddin Uti handed over 10 copies of the Koran and IDR 2 million of personal money for the orphan which was received directly by one of the administrators of the At-Taqwa Mosque.
