The Regent of Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) HM Wardan prohibits the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government from traveling from May 6 to May 17, 2021.
The prohibition is contained in the Regent’s circular number: 800 / BKPSDM-PKPKPA / 585-39 dated April 27, 2021 regarding restrictions on activities to go outside the region and / or go home and / or leave for ASN during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021.
Then for leave, ASNs were also emphasized not to apply for leave during the 6 May to 17 May.
In fact, during joint leave, the Head of Regional Apparatus is also not allowed to grant leave permission for ASN employees.
These prohibitions are exempted for matters of an important and urgent nature, and have received approval from the Regent of Indragiri Hilir.
Likewise with restrictions on leave, such as maternity leave and so on.
According to the Regent, this letter was issued to follow up the Circular of the Minister of Home Affairs number: 08 of 2021 concerning restrictions on activities for going outside the region and / or going home and / or on leave for ASN during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“ASN employees are obliged to carry out a clean and healthy lifestyle and be a pioneer and an example in implementing the 5M and 3T,” said the Regent.
He explained, 5M and 3T meant:
- Using masks properly,
- Washing hands with soap and running water,
- Keeping your distance,
- Staying away from crowds,
- Limiting mobility and interaction,
- Testing or early examination of a person,
- Tracing or tracking the closest contact of a Covid-19 positive patient
- Treatments carried out if someone is positive for Covid-19.
For discipline, the Regent emphasized, offenders can be subject to disciplinary penalties as stipulated in Government Regulation number 53 of 2010 concerning civil servant discipline and Government Regulation number 49 of 2018 concerning the management of government employees with work agreements.
