Monsieur Spoon’s flaky, the French bakery has finally opened its first outlet in Jakarta, before it has opened in Bali.
If you’re a fan of buttery pastries and have been missing your routine visit to their stores across Bali, fret not.
Located at Urban Farm on Pantai Indah Kapuk’s Golf Island, Monsieur Spoon opened its first Jakarta outlet just last week.
Urban Farm itself is a brand new hangout complex that offers a dining experience surrounded by vegetable and fruit farms, complete with a greenhouse that sells plants and eco-friendly products in the middle of the space.
Considering the long opening hours (7am to 10.30pm daily), you can find anything from the usual brunch fare to heavier meals here.
If you’re up for something new, we suggest you try Monsieur Spoon’s Jakarta exclusive offerings, the Croissandwiches.
You can choose from a variety of savory croissant sandwiches such as the Wagyu Burger Croissant or Moroccan Lamb Croissant (IDR 78,000 each), Halloumi Croissant (IDR 63,000), or the Truffle Scrambled Egg and Mushroom Croissant (IDR 58,000).
If you’re feeling like you can stomach heavier meals, try the Wagyu Beef Bourguignon (IDR 160,000) or share the Sweet Chandelles set (IDR 120,000) — consisting of two viennoiserie of choice, two mini tartlets, and one Crème Brûlée — with your loved one.
All prices are subject to tax and service charge for dine-in.
Don’t forget to take away some of Monsieur Spoon’s pastries, cakes, and artisan breads if you want to enjoy them from the comfort of your home.
At the moment, Monsieur Spoon PIK doesn’t take RSVPs and only serves dine-in and takeaway.
