The Regency Government of Indragiri Hilir carries out the activities of Preparation of Requirements and Competency Development Plans, Analysis of Training Needs, and Socialization of Performance Management for State Civil Apparatus 2021 in the Hall of Bapedda Office on Tuesday, June 8, 2021.
The 2-day activity was opened directly by the Deputy Regent of Indragiri Hilir, H. Syamsudin Utti and was attended by 57 OPD by the Supervisory Officer of the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government, by presenting speakers from the Pekanbaru Regional XII BKN Office represented by the Head of Personnel Development and Supervision Wisudo Putro Nugroho, SH .M.Kn.
Also present at the activity, the Indragiri Hilir District Secretary, Assistant, Regent Expert Staff, Head of Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development as well as several OPD Leaders and Echelon Officials within the Regency Government of Indragiri Hilir.
The activity is carried out based on Law No. 5- 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus, Government Regulation No. 11-2017 concerning Civil Servant Management as amended by Government Regulation No. 17-2020 and Government Regulation No. 30-2019 Performance Assessment of Civil Servants.
In his remarks, Deputy Regent H. Syamsuddin Uti welcomed the activities carried out, as it is known that government officials have a strategic position and position in carrying out general government tasks, development and community development amidst the increasingly complex interests of the community.
“For this reason, it is hoped that the participants will be able to take it seriously, which then after participating in training on needs preparation and competency development plans or training needs analysis (AKD) can carry out good training needs planning in each regional apparatus,” explained the Deputy Regent.
Before ending his remarks, the Vice Regent also reminded and invited all State Civil Apparatus to work together in suppressing the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the Indragiri Hilir Regency.
