The Siak District Attorney (Kejari) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with five BUMDs (Regional Owned Enterprises) in Siak Regency and the Siak Regency Government.
The five BUMDs are PT Bumi Siak Pusako, PT Permodalan Siak, PT Sarana Mining and Energy (SPE), PT Kawasan Industri Tanjung Buton and PT Sarana Pembangunan Siak, related to civil law and state administrative matters, which were held on Friday 11 June 2021, in the King Indra Pahlawan Meeting Room (II Floor of the Regent’s Office).
The signing of the MoU was also witnessed by the Head of the Riau High Prosecutor’s Office, Dr. Jaja Subagja SH MH, the Regent of Siak Drs H Alfedri, Asdatun Dzakiyul Fikri, SH, MH, the Head of the Siak District Attorney’s Office, Dharma Bella Tymbasz and elements of the Forkomimda and all OPD Heads in the Siak Regency government.
In his speech, the Kejari Siak DharmaBella said that this MoU was the entrance as a state lawyer.
“Today we are legal as a legal assistant legal function, advice on legal advice later in the field of datun who will accompany BUMD and for the Siak Regency Government,” said Siak’s attorney, Dharma Bella.
In a welcoming report to the Riau Prosecutor’s Office, Dharmabella will form a team to increase local revenue.
“What is our concern is that in terms of Siak’s local revenue is still low and for that in the future it will be a priority for us to form a team in optimizing PAD which will later be formed by a technical team in the OPD work unit in Siak Regency.
Kajati Riau, through her speech, the Kejari Siak as a State Lawyer is expected to coordinate and communicate with each other and she always reminds us to take care of 3M and to be willing to be vaccinated.
Meanwhile, the Siak Regent said, “On behalf of the Siak Regency Government, we would like to welcome Mr. Jaja Subagja in the City of Siak Palace.”
This event has started with the signing of the MOU between the Siak Regency Government and several BUMDs throughout Siak Regency with the Siak District Attorney.
“It is hoped Mr. Jaja Subagja can provide directions to us for briefing as well as provide motivation and encourage us to carry out good governance as a State Civil Apparatus professionally and carry out tasks effectively and accountably. So that the performance of the Siak Regency Government includes some BUMDs can be better in the future,” said Alfedri
Alfedri added that the purpose of the signing of this MOU is to obtain various legal opinions and even legal assistance both in court and outside the court as State Attorney.
There are 5 BUMD that participated in the signing of this MOU, namely PT. Bumi Siak Pusako, PT. Siak Capital, PT. Siak Development Facilities, PT. Siak Energy Mining, and PT. KITB.
It is hoped that these five BUMDs will be ready to receive legal directions and opinions in the future.
The Village Government also received assistance in TP4B and continued with the Village Guard Prosecutor. This can be given guidance on how to make financial management more orderly so that it can avoid matters related to the law,” said the Siak Regent.
