As a form of excellent service to residents, the Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil) of Siak Regency implements an e-KTP recording program directly to residents’ homes.
Head of Disdukcapil Siak, Hasmizal said his party continues to make efforts to provide excellent service to the community.
“Today, the Disdukcapil of Siak Regency went to the houses of residents with special needs, the sick and the elderly to do the recording and printing of the e-ID,” said Hasmizal.
The Siak Disdukcapil team will go to the people who want to do the recording at the request of the head of the village and the Camat.
“Our team went down according to the specified schedule. After recording, if the network is good, we can print it right away,” he explained.
“However, currently the existing devices are limited, and there is still a shortage of supporting devices. If there is free time at the office and not peak hours, we go directly to the community, “he said again.
The electronic ID card recording and printing service took place in Pusako District and Teluk Batil Village, Sungai Apit District.
The head of Teluk Batil, Sungai Apit Sub-district, Asnor, expressed his gratitude to the relevant Office for helping provide services to its citizens.
“We represent the community, we are grateful and appreciate the program made by the Disdukcapil of Siak Regency, this program is very helpful,” he said.
According to Asnor, this program helps people with special needs, illness and the elderly, because they no longer need to travel far to record and print e-KTPs.
