Siak District Secretary Drs.H.Arfan Usman M.Pd launched the Young Bengkalis Siak Buffet Restaurant located on Pemda Siak Raya street, Mempura Village, Mempura District.
The inauguration of the Bengkalis-Siak Young Buffet Restaurant was also attended by Assistant General Administration H. Jamaluddin, Chairman of the TP PKK Siak Regency Hj. Rasidah Alfedri, Hj. Syarifah Raudah Arfan.
Head of Industry and Trade Wan Ibrahim, Head of Bapedda Wan Yunus, Head of the Regional Secretariat of Siak Regency, and several Mempura Community Leaders.
Young Bengkalis Siak restaurant, which is managed by Atan, is a Young Bengkalis Group Restaurant spread across Bengkalis City, Dumai City, Pekan Baru City and Siak.
He said, with the opening of the Bengkalis Siak Young Buffet Restaurant, it could have a good impact on Culinary entrepreneurs in Siak in the form of enthusiasm to advance the community’s economy for Culinary managers.
“Alhamdulillah, today we are launching the premiere of the Young Bengkalis Siak Buffet Restaurant, we hope that visitors can taste the typical Malay cuisine of Bengkalis, the combination of Siak Malay cuisine can be attached to the hearts of the people, for the price we make it very affordable, according to the contents of the people’s pockets,” said Atan after the opening of the Young Bengkalis Siak Restaurant.
The Regional Secretary of Siak Regency, Arfam Usman, in his speech hoped that with the existence of the Young Bengkalis Siak Buffet restaurant, he could together invite all culinary entrepreneurs in Siak to get up and give the best effort, both in terms of taste and prices that are in accordance with standard and inexpensive for visitors, especially for tourists visiting Siak.
“Managing restaurants can be inexpensive, but managed at standard prices, according to the contents of visitors’ pockets, so that visitors feel more comfortable coming to our place,” said Arfan.
Arfan also said, “So far, visitors, especially tourists, have only brought their own provisions, thus what they leave is garbage scattered around tourist sites. For this reason, the importance of setting standard prices for them is very influential on business income for existing culinary entrepreneurs in Siak.”
