The Regional Secretary of Siak Regency, Arfan Usman, attended the PT. Jasa Raharja Riau Branch, in the form of planting local seeds (Metoa and Soursop) in Kampung Benteng Hulu and Kampung Tengah Kampung Adat, Mempura District.
In his speech, the Head of PT. Jasa Raharja Riau Branch Akhdiyat Setya Purnama expressed his gratitude to the Siak Regency Government for being present and supporting the activities of PT. Jasa Raharja Riau Branch is in the form of a Community Development program, namely planting local seeds.
“As one of the state companies, PT. Jasa Raharja must be able to provide added value to the community. Including this morning’s activities”, explained Akhdiyat.
For today’s activity, continued Akhdiyat, there were 400 tree seedlings consisting of 200 Metoa tree seeds and 200 Soursop tree seeds.
Head of PT. Jasa Raharja Riau Branch also hopes that synergies are also established in the implementation of the main tasks of PT. Jasa Raharja as a state company, which is given the mandate to provide compensation protection to victims of traffic accidents and their heirs.
Furthermore, the Regional Secretary of Siak Regency, Arfan Usman, first welcomed the Head of PT. Jasa Raharja Riau Branch and his entourage in Siak Regency, State Palace.
“As the Siak Regency Government, we appreciate the activities carried out by PT Jasa Raharja Riau Branch in the form of planting Metoa and Soursop tree seeds in Benteng Hulu Village and Kampung Tengah Kampung Adat,” said Arfan, at the Tangsi Netherlands tourist attraction, Mempura District.
With the planting of Metoa and Soursop tree seedlings, it is in line with the Siak Hijau program that has been implemented by the Siak Regency Government.
“Hopefully with this tree planting, it will benefit the surrounding community, and become a charity for all of us”, hoped the Siak Regional Secretary.
Arfan also reminded, to continue to comply with health protocols in carrying out all activities, so that the Covid-19 pandemic would end soon.
