Commission II of the Riau Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) held a Hearing Meeting (RDP) with the Department of Animal Husbandry and Health, Food Crops and Horticulture, Plantation Service, Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services (PBJ), Bureau of Economics and Legal Bureau in the Medium Meeting Room, Monday, July 5, 2021.
The RDP was led by the Deputy Chairman of the Riau DPRD, Hardianto, accompanied by the Deputy Chairperson of Commission II M Arfah and members of Commission II, Manahara Napitupulu and Suyadi.
The government parties who attended were Head of Livestock and Animal Health Office Rahmat Setiadi, Head of Agri-Business Division Heri Afrizon, Head of Food, Food Crops and Horticulture Service Wisnu Handara, Head of Budget Mardoni Akrom, Head of Plantation Vera Virgianti, Head of Plantation Subdivision Yusmai Riwan, Head of Bapenda A. Madian, Head of Bureau of PBJ M. Nurul Israk, Legal Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Riau Province Sabrioda along with other line staff from each field.
The meeting was opened by Deputy Chairperson of Commission II M. Arpah who explained about activities or programs that had an agreement in 2021 at the Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service of Riau Province.
Hearing that, Rahmat Setiadi explained that the problem that occurred was that the cow was initially declared in the form of a grant when on its way it turned into shopping for goods.
“I just need certainty so that there are no multiple interpretations of different understandings,” he explained.
Responding to this, the Deputy Chair of the Riau Provincial DPRD, Hardianto, hopes that the problem will be resolved soon even though there is no Governor’s Regulation (Pergub).
