Had been delayed, the Riau Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) held another plenary meeting.
A number of agendas were prepared, led by the Chairman of the Riau DPRD, Yulisman, accompanied by Deputy Chairs Agung Nugroho and Hardianto.
The plenary meeting on Thursday, July 8, 2021, was also attended by the chairman or representatives of factions, commissions and members, the rest were present virtually because they had to implement health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Deputy Governor Edy Natar Nasution and his forkopimda attended, attended, the agenda, Submission of the Work Report of the Budget Agency (Banggar) of the Riau Provincial DPRD against the Draft Regional Regulation (Ranperda) on Accountability for the Implementation of the Riau Province APBD for Fiscal Year 2020.
This report was submitted by the Member of Budget Section of the Riau DPRD, Yanti Komalasari as well as the Council’s Approval and Final Opinion of the Regional Head delivered by the Deputy Governor of Riau (Wagubri), followed by the Signing of the Joint Agreement on Accountability for the Implementation of the Riau Province Regional Budget for Fiscal Year 2020, by the Deputy Governor and the Head of the Riau Provincial DPRD
Followed by the second agenda, Submission of Changes in Membership Structure of the Riau Province DPRD (Budget Agency) from the Democratic Faction and changes to the composition of Commission IV.
The chairman of the Riau DPRD, Yulisman, said that the change in members of the DPRD’s completeness was based on the official memorandum of the Democratic Party Faction Number: 17/ND/FD/VI/2021 regarding the replacement of members of the Budget Section from the Democratic Party, which was originally held by Agung Nugroho, replaced by Zulkifli Indra.
Then, based on the Memorandum of Service of Commission IV Regarding the Appointment of the Secretary of Commission IV, which was originally held by Syafaruddin Poti was replaced by Almainis.
The last agenda, namely Submission of Recommendations to the Agency for the Establishment of Regional Regulations on Ranperda concerning the Master Plan for Tourism Development of Riau Province 2021-2035.
