The Education Office, Indragiri Hilir, Riau, has opened a selection of scholarships for students in September 2020.
Scholarships are for elementary, junior high school and high achieving students from Diploma Three to Masters to Doctorate (S3).
Head of the Indragiri Hilir Education Office, Faturrahman, through the Head of the Equipment and Finance sub-division, Ismiantun, said the scholarship was a serious form of the Inhil district government in increasing Human Resources in a country with a thousand trenches.
“Insha Allah, this year we will again open the acceptance of scholarships for high-achieving Inhil children, because the main requirement for receiving this scholarship is Indragiri Hilir children or an identity card domiciled in Indragiri Hilir,” he said.
As for students, he explained that wherever they study while still having the Indragiri Hilir Identity Card they can also participate in the scholarship selection.
“It is possible that we will start the selection next month (September), and all schools are asked to prepare data and requirements as well as for students to also prepare predetermined conditions,” he explained.
