The famous Ustad Abdullah Gymnastiar or better known as Aa Gym on Sunday (5/5/2019) married his fifth daughter to Ninih Tea, Ghefira Nur Fatimah, with a businessman Abdul Madjid Alzindani
Not just an ordinary businessman, Alzindani is the youngest property entrepreneur in Southeast Asia who is also the son of Ustadz Abu Syauqi. Abu Syauqi is the founder of Rumah Zakat which is a non-governmental organization, which focuses on managing zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf.
What is the figure of Aa Gym’s son-in-law?
Since young, Alzindani has focused on starting his business. The man who was born in 1995 prefers to do business rather than continue his formal education. Just like most other successful people, Alzindani also likes to read books. The book he always devours, of course, has a business theme.
Alzindani’s business is the result of his hard work from zero. Initially, he had an internship at PT Citra Niaga Teknologi in 2011. At the IT company, Alzindani initially only helped other employees when needed.
From there, Alzindani wanted to meet the owner of the company, Gilang Mahesa. Not just meeting, Alzindani wants to learn to manage a company from his experts.
After his internship at Gilang’s company, Alzindani was advised to move to a bigger company. He also became an intern at Baros IT Center for three months. He did not waste three months of internship, he succeeded in gaining knowledge about systems and technology for a company.
After doing internships at several companies, Alzindani joined in a Multi-Level Marketing or MLM. From there, the Aa Gym’s son-in-law actually gained sales and marketing knowledge.
After leaving MLM and IT companies after a few months, Alzindani also anchored at PT Insan Mulia Investama. In this venture capital company, Alzindani works as an asset surveyor. There, he learned to use internet marketing.
The journey is long. Enduring a year as an asset surveyor, Alzindani managed to raise capital to open a business of Rp. 100 million.
In 2014, he moved to PT Gaya Property Saarana. There, he was trusted to become a broker. Finally, at the age of 16 or in 2015, Alzindani founded his own property company, named PT Gaya Realty Property.
PT Gaya Realty Property is a small-scale construction service company, such as housing. The company which is located in Bandung is divided into three fields, developer, fleeper, and a broker.
