The suspect was charged with a sentence for violating the Child Protection Act by coaxing and inviting a child to have intercourse and the threat of imprisonment which is received a maximum of 15 years in prison.
Suspect M was also charged with violating the ITE Law for spreading obscene video content and the threat of imprisonment for a maximum of six years in prison.
