One man is believed to have resisted police warnings of being mobbed by at least six other people in the scuffle that broke out along Singapore’s Esplanade Drive.
In the video shared on social media, the incident resembles a scene from a film where the culprit is brought down by a fluff after resisting arrest.
The man in the white shirt was then tied up by the police before fleeing from the scene despite suffering electric shocks emitted from the taser.
After successfully getting back up, the man even beat a police officer.
However, a few moments later the man was successfully paralyzed and arrested.
According to a witness, the man in question was walking in the middle of the road, before two officers came to the scene.
After a small discussion, a patrol car came to the scene prompting a group of police to act.
Although the reason why that incident occurred is still unknown,
however, netizens commenting on the incident said that the fight was not the best representation of the Singapore Police.
As investigations are still ongoing, only time will tell what really happened at Esplanade Drive, Singapore.
