Currently, the repair process for traffic lights located on Jalan Baharuddin Yusuf, Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir, Riau is still ongoing.
It is estimated that, within 15 days, the lights located between Jalan Baharuddin Yusuf-Batang Tuaka will return to normal.
After completing the work process, the Head of the Indragiri Hilir Transportation Agency, Rudyansah, asked that anyone not put up billboards anymore and tie it to a lamp post.
“After the lights are good, please take care of them together, don’t put billboards in there anymore,” said Rudyansah.
To convey his message, Rudyansah said he would announce so that no one else would put billboards on the lamppost.
“Anyone without exception may no longer install banners there, including the traffic lights on Jalan M Boya. Because the banner makes the pole tilted, “he said.
Not without reason, admitted Rudy, if there was damage to the traffic lights it would be difficult to repair it because it required experts.
“That’s why, let’s protect it together,” he asked.
