Jacob Blake (29) was shot by police and was shot seven times in the back and has undergone surgery.
However, Jacob was declared paralyzed and doctors did not know for sure that the paralysis was temporary or permanent.
As a result of this incident, Jacob has eight holes in his body.
The incident occurred in Kenosha as he was about to head to a car and police officers followed him pointing firearms.
After the incident, hundreds of people demonstrated in front of Kenosha Police Headquarters and spread to other areas including Portland and Minneapolis.
