A 19-year-old girl is the victim of a heinous murder.
Why not, she was allegedly killed by her own mother and lover.
This sadistic incident took place in the Bareilly district of the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.
The victim was identified as Usma, the daughter of Mukeesha.
Family members told police that the three attackers killed Usma and attacked her mother, Mukeesha early Thursday after breaking into their home.
Usma was killed in the attack. Meanwhile, Mukeesha only suffered injuries.
The family also said that everyone was sleeping at the time of the incident.
They are awakened when Mukeesha sounds the alarm. However, the attackers had already left the house by then.
During the investigation, the police found that the victim was in a relationship with a resident identified as Kaushar.
However, Kaushar had an affair with the victim’s mother.
Confirming the incident, the police said that after the crime, the mother made up a story to mislead everyone.
Superintendent of Police (SSP) Shailesh Pandey explained, Kaushar came to the house Thursday morning and took Usma to another room.
While other family members are sleeping.
After taking Usma to another room, Kaushar and Mukeesha choke him in a dupatta.
Later, Mukeesha asks Kaushar to injure him with a knife so he can make up stories and mislead everyone.
After the defendants left, Mukeesha notified the other family members, and they found Usma lying dead.
However, the police managed to solve the case in just three hours and arrested the two defendants.
