These three children are brothers from Gunungsari Village, Sadananya, Ciamis Regency, West Java.
They are the children of the couple Aef Saeful Hidayat and Ai Yulia, the child who died was the eldest son named Muhamad Rizki (10).
He died on the way to the hospital.

When met in the treatment room, the victim’s father Aef suspected that his three children were poisoned by ‘finger candy’.
Aef, explained that the candy wrappers that were used as finger toys were often collected by his children.
He admitted that he did not know exactly where his children bought the candy.

The Ciamis Health Office intervened to trace the ‘finger candy’ which was suspected of causing three children to be poisoned.
The Ciamis Health Office together with the Tasikmalaya Loka POM immediately took samples of ‘finger candy’ for further research.
