Recently, a Youtuber in Japan named Ruibosu shared his one-year fitness journey starting in September 2019 on Youtube.
Ruibosu is about 170cm tall and at the heaviest, weighs around 140kg.
She documented her one-year weight loss journey and not for the “last diet” of her life, reports SoraNews24.
She has released a 3-minute video that summarizes the last one on her YouTube channel and in just two weeks, it has garnered 2.7 million views!
Starting from the moment he weighed himself.
When he weighs 137kg, he has a body fat proportion of 42.9%.
He then demonstrated the exercises that he started including reverse crunches, rope skipping, crunches, and planks.
No matter rain or shine, his discipline is strong and he never misses a training session.
Within three months, he had lost 29kg.
He does other exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, lifting weights, and kickboxing.
At first, she set her weight loss target at 5kg per month and she achieves it with continued success every month.
