However, don’t panic, artificial intelligence technology might be a business solution.
The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has decided that in the total PSBB starting September 14 2020, all food businesses will only accept orders to take home or deliver.
This must be addressed by culinary entrepreneurs.
Digital technology is needed so that the culinary business can continue to enjoy the PSBB.
One of them is by utilizing artificial intelligence through chatbots for culinary purposes.
For example, the Linguistic Technology MessApp Company developed a chatbot called Culinary Mimin with AI into WhatsApp which can carry out various functions related to culinary business.
WhatsApp culinary players can have a super sophisticated answering robot, powered by AI, Natural Linguistic Processing (NLP), Application Programing Interface (API) and Machine Learning (ML).
“As a result, WhatsApp can become a waiter, cashier, inventory and restaurant delivery system,” said CEO of MessApp, Hikmat Rizal.
According to Rizal, not many developers have focused on chatbots for buying and selling matters. Most chatbots are more about customer service.
