After going through a long development process, the new building of the Supporting Community Health Center (Pustu) of Sialang Sakti Village, Dayun sub-district, Siak district was inaugurated by the Regent of Siak.
The Supporting Community Health Center was built through the 2019 Regional Revenues and Expenditures Budget funds of the Siak Regency, through the Siak District Health Office.
Alfedri said the local government continues to improve the health services for the community by adding the health facilities in the villages.
He said, currently there are 15 of the Health Center and 94 of the Supporting Community Health Center in the Siak Regency.
Alfedri said, “We plan to provide a doctor in remote areas,” he said.
He emphasized, with the construction of the Supporting Community Health Center, he hoped that the health workers will be more enthusiastic and innovative in inviting the communities to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Especially at this time, to provide socialization on the prevention and handling of COVID-19 on an ongoing basis.
“I hope that the Health Workers will be more enthusiastic and innovative in applying a healthy lifestyle to the community. Especially in the pandemic situation. We should wear a mask, washing your hands with soap with running water and keeping your distance,” said Alfieri.
After giving a speech, Alfedri accompanied by the Head of Health Office, the Assistant I, the Head of the Dayun sub-district also signed the inscription.
The leader of Sialang Village, Sakti Iswanto said, “We are grateful and thank the Regent of Siak for this Supporting Community Health Center,” said Iswanto.
He said that the old health facility was not located in the middle of the village, so makes the communities complained about the location of the Supporting Community Health Center.
On that occasion, Alfedri also handed over two units of rotary Hand Tractors for the Sialang Sakti farmer group and the Merangkai village farmer group, from the Siak Regency Agriculture Service.
