Commission IV of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of Indragiri Hilir (Inhil), Riau asked the Education Office (Disdik) to increase supervision of the distribution of Poor Student Aid (BSM).
This was conveyed by the Chairman of Commission IV DPRD Inhil, Samino following the alleged embezzlement of BSM funds in Inhil.
“We asked the Inhil Education Office to cross check the field and increase supervision again. We hope things like this don’t happen in other schools, ”said Samino, Wednesday (16/9/2020).
As the Commission in charge of education, health and public welfare, Samino said that Commission IV also participates in ensuring that every education assistance program is on target and well delivered.
“In accordance with our function, namely supervision, we participate in ensuring educational assistance such as BSM is on target and delivered to those entitled to receive it,” said Samino.
