A doctor in Ahmedabad was arrested by police after allegedly conducted the minor’s abortion.
According to TNN, the 59-year-old doctor dumped the fetus at a garbage site.
The doctor’s name is Dr. Chetan Shah and his victim is a 15-year-old girl and she was five months pregnant.
The police said that Shah has been running the Keval Medicare Centre for the last 29 years. The man who hails from Maninagar allegedly aborted the fetus of the girl and then secretly disposed of it in a garbage site near Aavkar Hall on July 6, 2020.
And the police also arrested on Sunil Sargara (19) for allegedly impregnating the teen.
According to a report by The Indian Express, the police have investigating officials gathered technical evidence and recorded the arrest of the doctor. And after arresting the accused doctor, the police located the minor girl.
