The Japan Meteorological Agency warned that a tropical storm developing in the Pacific Ocean was threatening the main island of Honshu on Tuesday.
The storm was slowly sweeping toward Japan with heavy rainfall and harsh winds. Heavy rainfall have set off mudslides and flooding in wide areas of Japan.
The Japan Meteorological also urged that the tropical Storm Dolphin had sustained winds of up to 51 miles per hour.
As information, the Storm Dolphin is forecast to bring turbulent seas, wind, and rain over the south of Honshu. Then, it will move northeast over Tokyo, Sendai, and nearby areas in northern Japan later in the week
And also including Osaka and surrounding areas in central Japan.
