South Korean’s defense ministry condemned the brutal act that did by the North Korean troops after a South Korean official has been shot dead and burned.
The ministry said the man had disappeared from a patrol boat near the border.
Then, the North Korean soldiers shot him, then poured oil over his body and set it aflame. He was later found in the North’s waters.
As cited from BBC, Pyongyang has yet to respond about the incident. This is not the first time for the North Korea troops to kill a civilian from the South.
