Siak Regent Alfedri Chairs Coordination Meeting of Health Protocol Law Enforcement in Siak District. The meeting was held at the Raja Indra Pahlawan Meeting Room, Siak Regent’s Office.
The meeting was held in order to contribute to the success of the 2020 simultaneous regional elections that were safe from Covid 19 as well as the socialization of KPU Regulation Number 10 of 2020 and Bawaslu Regulation Number 4 of 2020 at the Synchronization Meeting of Regional Government Organizations.
“This meeting must be in accordance with Presidential Instruction No. 6 of 2020 concerning Law Enforcement of Health Protocols in the Prevention and Control of Covid 19 in the Regions, and later this activity must have a report to the Ministry of Home Affairs that this has been implemented”, said Alfedri.
Alfedri also explained, Regarding the simultaneous regional elections, it would be carried out with the appropriate Election Implementation Principles by prioritizing the Health and Safety Principles, which are guided by the Health Protocol for the Prevention and Control of Corina Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).
“Our hope is that the Simultaneous Pilkada can run smoothly and safely without any obstacles, in accordance with what we want, namely to continue to comply with the Implementation of Health Protocols,” he concluded.
Previously, the signing of the Integrity Fact of Candidates for the Regent and Deputy Regent of Siak, concerning Compliance with Health Protocols Towards a Safe, Peaceful and Healthy 2020 Regional Head Election.
