To increase the faith and piety, the Police personnel in Indragiri Hilir conduct spiritual and mental guidance (Binrohtal) at Indragiri Hilir Police Headquarters on Thursday, Oct 1, 2020.
This activity (Binrohtal) is routinely carried out every Thursday.
Kapolres Indragiri Hilir AKBP Dian Setyawan through the Head of Sub-Section of Public Relations AKP Warno explained, the purpose of this activity is to improve the character of the members of the Police, especially Indragiri Hilir Polres to be more humane.
“With the hope that the mental attitude of the Police personnel, especially the Indragiri Hilir Police, will create a good and wise and accountable result of the implementation of their duties so that the image of the Police will be better in the eyes of the public in the future,” he said.
Apart from that, various efforts were made to improve the quality of the members’ faith and devotion to God Almighty.
“Through this Binrohtal activity, all personnel can increase faith and piety in order to create a professional, modern, humanist and trustworthy police force,” he said.
For those who are Muslims, Binrohtal is held at the Al-Ma’arif Mosque in the Indragiri Hilir Police Headquarters, led directly by AKBP Dian, and for those who are Christians carry out Worship in the Tribrata room of the Indragiri Hilir Police, led by the Head of Regional Sumda, Indragiri Hilir Police Commissioner James Sibarani.
