Tragic, a man was hacked at with the machete on the residential road in Hull on Saturday night, Oct. 3, 2020. He screamed with his hand “hanging off” as neighbors rushed to save his life to the hospital.
At that time, the crowds gathered on the street after hearing a man screaming for help, then people rushed out on Doncaster Street, west Hull.
According to witnesses, a man with his hand hanging off becomes a machete attack victim in Hull. But, he remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital.
The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, said: “When I heard the screaming I thought it was just a couple having an argument but then I heard a man shout ‘help, I’m dying’. I ran out of the house and saw someone standing over the man who was laid on the floor.”
“It looked like a murder scene. The other man ran off and the guy on the floor looked badly injured and his hand was hanging off. Everyone from the street rushed out to help.”
“Some people helped and try to stop the bleeding, while I called the police and someone else called an ambulance.”
For that case, now, the police have launched an investigation into the attack, and the road has been closed as forensic teams combed the area for evidence.
