Yoon Seok Jun, the CEO of Big Hit Entertainment’s Global participated in an online lecture at Harvard Business School.
Yoon, who oversees the domestic and overseas industries of the company, participated in an online lecture on the “Entertainment, Media, and Sports Business” .
As cited News24xx.com from KoreaNews, this lecture was a part of Professor Anita Elberse’s class.
Professor Elberse is known for writing the case report titled Big Hit Entertainment and Blockbuster Band BTS: K-Pop Goes Global and also a top authority in industrial research.
Yoon held a lecture twice, each with about 160 students.
In response to a question regarding Big Hit’s success, Yoon told, “There cannot be a second BTS because their authenticity and identity cannot be duplicated.”
Professor Elberse and the students also took the time to exchange various opinions and thoughts on the success factors of BTS.
