Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Indragiri Hilir (Inhil), held the 18th plenary meeting for trial period III, on Monday, November 9, 2020.
In the plenary session, the agenda was to discuss the pure budget plan for 2021 as well as two draft regional regulations, namely concerning slaughterhouses and the empowerment and protection of women against violence.
At the plenary chaired by the Deputy Chairperson of the DPRD, Edy Gunawan, the Regent of Indragiri Hilir said that according to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 64 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Preparation of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budgets for the 2021 fiscal year, the drafting of KUA and PPAS had used the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 90 of 2019 concerning the classification, codification, and nomenclature of regional development and financial planning and their updates and held by electronically through the Regional Government information system.
This is in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 70 of 2019 concerning Regional Government information systems.
“According to the above regulations, the APBD structure for the 2021 fiscal year is different from the 2020 fiscal year, which consists of indirect expenditure and direct expenditure. For the 2021 fiscal year, expenditure is explained into operating expenditures, capital expenditures, unexpected expenditures, and transfer expenditure,” he explained.
